Shipping Options

During the checkout process you will be presented with shipping options based on the delivery address that you provided. The delivery fee may be based on the artworks you purchased are framed, destination address, and the number of items included in the delivery, etc.

Delivery within Hong Kong SAR

Local delivery within Hong Kong SAR will cost a small flat fee. International shipping of unframed artwork is also on a flat fee basis, albeit a bit higher.

Due to the broad range of possible package configurations of framed art, we do not provide online quotations for international shipping of framed artwork. Please, contact us for more information and a quote for your specific case.

International Shipping of Framed Artwork from Hong Kong

If you are ordering from outside of Hong Kong SAR, or you’re in Hong Kong by your shipping address is overseas, you need to make custom shipping arrangements for your purchased art if it is framed. You can proceed in one of the following ways:

you can select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and then send your courier (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx, SF Express, etc.) or freight forwarder to pick up your items and deliver them to your desired destination. In this case, your billing arrangements for the delivery are done directly with your shipping agent. Using this method you can reserve the artwork by purchasing it before making shipping arrangements.
Alternatively, you can contact us before the purchase to make shipping arrangements and receive a shipping quote. Using this method, you will place your order directly with us, rather than buy artwork online via this website.
